救救我老表User agreement
Applies to the first offline edition of 救救我老表. The game has not been publicly released. These documents describe its current offline features, not future editions with platform sign-in, advertising or cloud services.
1. Provider and edition
This agreement covers the first offline edition of 救救我老表 provided by 三河超狗软件开发服务部. Please read it and the corresponding privacy policy before playing. The game has not been publicly released; website descriptions and concept illustrations are not a published product. Future connected or platform editions will have their own applicable service information and terms.
2. Game service
The game offers single-player animal puzzles completed by observing directions, tapping and rotating. Regular levels have no time limit and can be retried without limit. The current offline edition has no online accounts, cloud sync, rewarded advertising or in-app purchases. Coins and items follow in-game rules, are for gameplay only, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, withdrawn or traded between players.
3. License and reasonable use
Subject to this agreement and applicable law, you may use a lawfully obtained copy on supported devices for personal entertainment. Do not impersonate the developer to distribute software, exploit vulnerabilities to harm others, distribute malware or sell game content without permission. This clause does not restrict activities expressly permitted by law. Minors should play with guidance from a parent or guardian.
4. Local saves and progress
Progress, personal scores, coins and items are stored on the current device or browser. Clearing app data, deleting the app, changing devices, removing site storage or system restoration may lose, roll back or restore progress from a system backup. The developer holds no cloud copy, cannot provide cross-device sync and cannot guarantee recovery. Different browser addresses may have separate saves. A local recovery copy does not replace managing your device data.
5. Content and intellectual property
Rights in game code, text, artwork, music and branding belong to the developer or the respective rights holders. Do not copy, sell, publish under a false identity or use content in an infringing way without permission, except where allowed by law. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses, which this agreement does not alter.
6. Updates, problems and stopping use
We may fix defects, adjust levels in development or release new versions, with important changes described on the website or in release notes. Device faults, system differences and storage errors may affect operation; contact support if problems occur. You may stop using the game at any time and clear local data using the data-management instructions. This agreement alone does not automatically enable future paid or connected features.
7. Your rights and resolving concerns
This agreement does not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you have a concern about the service or this agreement, contact super_dog_net@163.com with the details so we can address it. You retain the right to complain to a competent authority or seek other remedies available under applicable law.
